Flexible Accomodation: Magnolia 3 is a beautifully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath poolside garden apartment with views to the Aegean Sea across Mandalya Bay. The living area includes a fully appointed kitchen and integral dining area. For extended families there is a 3-seat sofa bed plus a second 2-seat sofa. Other furnishings include a coffee table, rug, dining table and 4 chairs. All rooms are fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.

Beautiful Bedrooms: In addition to the living space there are two well appointed bedrooms - one a double with en-suite facilities, the second a twin. Both have ample storage and bedside tables. Walllights enable bedtime reading. The master bedroom leads out onto the main patio which in turn leads down to the freeform communal pool.

Outdoor Living: The large ground floor patio is the heart of the apartment, a place to meet others, dine al fresco, share a glass of wine with friends or just relax and watch the world go by. The layout of the apartment is such that in just a few steps you can be either in the kitchen preparing a light meal for the family or by the poolside.

Poolside Fun: The freeform pool is just one of many that litter the hillside that is home to the stunning new Flamingo Country Club resort. The pool itself is made up of a larger main pool and a splash pool for children all surrounded by a level pool area and beyond this grassy areas.

Wonderful Views: To the north is Mandalya Bay, the Gulf of Gulluk and the Aegean Sea offering lovely views, blue skys and wonderful sunsets. Imagine enoying long evenings on the patio with good food, good wine and good company - the perfect blend of peace and tranquility.
